Chris is founder and President of Sales Growth Advisors, a sales consulting firm focused on dramatically growing its customers’ top line revenue utilizing the proven Sales Xceleration platform. Sales Xceleration provides its clients with a comprehensive sales strategy, an integrated sales process, and an effective sales execution plan. As a fractional VP of Sales, Chris helps businesses achieve breakthrough sales growth, discipline, and accountability.

Prior to founding Sales Growth Advisors, Chris spent 25 years leading sales and customer service organizations ranging in size from 10 people to over 400 people, with revenues from $5M to over $1B. He has worked as an individual contributor, front line sales and marketing operations manager, and executive sales leader in several very different industries and business segments.

This experience enables him to quickly assess your current sales team and sales practices, and recommend adjustments where needed. He will design and implement your sales team’s growth infrastructure including developing revenue projections, hiring plans, customized compensation strategies, CRM selection and integration, forecasting and management processes, defined sales process, sales reporting and much more. This will free you up to focus on key strategic initiatives – things that only you can do.

Chris lives in Northern Virginia with his wife Susan. He was raised in the Washington DC area, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. He has two adult children, and with his family is a member of Reston Bible Church in Sterling, VA
